Acceptance of Terms

By accessing WorkOnward Foundation websites, applications, pilot programs, or events (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you are authorized to participate on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Program Eligibility

Our Services are designed for workers, employers, educators, and public-interest partners advancing equitable employment. We may request additional verification to confirm eligibility, comply with grant requirements, or protect participant safety.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services responsibly, avoid interfering with other users, and refrain from attempting to reverse engineer or misuse our AI-powered systems. When accessing third-party platforms through our tools, you must follow their policies as well.

Intellectual Property

Content we publish, including curricula, research, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise noted, you may not reuse or redistribute materials without written permission. Partners working on pilots with us will receive collaboration terms tailored to their project.

Data & Privacy

Participation in our Services may involve sharing personal or organizational data. Our use of that information is governed by the accompanying Privacy Policy. By engaging with us, you consent to data processing consistent with that policy and applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services if a participant violates these Terms, jeopardizes program safety, or misuses provided resources. You may discontinue participation at any time by contacting us in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkOnward Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable statutes.
