Women in STEM Track
This track exists to make WorkOnward membership more useful, more affordable, and more durable for women building long-term careers in STEM and AI. It combines a 40% dues discount with mentorship, community, and recognition that continues beyond the point of application.
What the track includes
The intent is not symbolic inclusion. The track is built to change the day-to-day usefulness of membership through pricing, visibility, and better community structure.
- Technical careers often lose talent in the middle years, not only at entry.
- Recognition systems frequently reward visibility and access rather than contribution alone.
- Membership should help people stay, advance, and be seen on credible professional terms.
WorkOnward wants professional membership to reinforce staying power, not just entry. That means making recognition easier to access, providing communities that are actually useful, and creating clearer pathways into mentoring, visibility, and senior-grade progression.
The Women in STEM track is one way the Foundation turns that intent into an operating model rather than a one-time campaign.
