This track exists to make WorkOnward membership more useful, more affordable, and more durable for women building long-term careers in STEM and AI. It combines a 40% dues discount with mentorship, community, and recognition that continues beyond the point of application.

The intent is not symbolic inclusion. The track is built to change the day-to-day usefulness of membership through pricing, visibility, and better community structure.

A standing reduction in annual dues for applicants and members who self-declare into the track.
Lovelace Circle mentorship
Structured mentoring focused on confidence, progression, visibility, and staying power across technical careers.
Roundtables and peer connection
Regular smaller-group conversations designed for useful exchange rather than generic networking noise.
Recognition and visibility
An annual Women in STEM Excellence Award and a clearer pathway into speaking, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.

How participation works

Select the track in the application
There is no separate application. You choose your membership grade and declare the Women in STEM track in the same intake flow.

Receive the dues adjustment automatically
The 40% discount is applied to the membership year when you activate and remains part of your renewal profile unless you change it.

Join the year-round programming
After approval, members can participate in mentorship, targeted roundtables, and related recognition opportunities tied to the track.
