Eligibility
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years of significant performance
  • Held Member grade for at least 1 year or can evidence equivalent standing and experience
  • Three references from current Senior Members or Fellows
  • Demonstrated impact through publications, patents, major projects, standards work, awards, or community contribution
  • Prepared to uphold the WorkOnward Foundation Code of Conduct

  • Five evidence narratives covering achievements, outputs, leadership, and contribution
  • Three references from current Senior Members or Fellows
  • Professional review interview if requested by the panel
