Eligibility
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years of significant performance
- Held Member grade for at least 1 year or can evidence equivalent standing and experience
- Three references from current Senior Members or Fellows
- Demonstrated impact through publications, patents, major projects, standards work, awards, or community contribution
- Prepared to uphold the WorkOnward Foundation Code of Conduct

- Five evidence narratives covering achievements, outputs, leadership, and contribution
- Three references from current Senior Members or Fellows
- Professional review interview if requested by the panel
