- Researchers, educators, innovators, and builders whose contribution is widely regarded as exceptional
- Senior figures whose record justifies the Foundation's highest earned grade
Eligibility
- Senior Member grade plus the required cumulative WorkOnward membership history
- Extraordinary, sustained contribution to STEM or AI
- Three to five references from Fellows or Senior Members, including at least one Fellow
- Review by the Fellowship Committee
- Professional Review Interview required

- CV plus impact dossier
- Statement of purpose
- Five evidence narratives and supporting records of impact
- Three to five references, including at least one Fellow
- Professional Review Interview with appointed panellists
